3.2. You undertake to use Rikaz Advanced application for the purpose for which it was created only, and any other unlawful use of the application may expose your account to immediate closure.
3.3. You agree to use your personal information to provide, customize, maintain and improve the services you use; to maintain our business operations; To communicate with you; to protect you and others; to carry out marketing and advertising; and exercising, defending or consolidating our rights.
3.4. Do not attempt to harm others through Rikaz Advanced in any way.
3.5. Do not attempt to impersonate another person, or otherwise agree with a third party to register with Rikaz Advanced applications.
3.6. You acknowledge that your data that you have added in Rikaz Advanced are all true and attributable to you.
3.7. You shall be liable for your misuse or unlawful use of Rikaz Advanced.
3.8. You undertake to bear all losses incurred by the enterprise resulting from improper work or conduct with the owner of the enterprise, without extending to Rikaz Advanced.
3.9. In the event that you assign one of the facility’s employees to manage the account on your behalf, you acknowledge his full responsibility for using the services of the Rikaz Advanced, maintaining the username and the password and not disclosing the password to any other person, and the Rikaz Advanced is not responsible for disclosing the account information.
3.10. If the service user is an agent, you undertake to change the user's password immediately after the end of his relationship with you while still being responsible for the services he completed through the progress base.
3.11. You undertake to close your account with Rikaz Advanced in the event that your facility is closed or stops using Rikaz Advanced services for a period of one year.
3.12. Rikaz Advanced programs are used only for the purpose for which they were created, and any other illegal use of Rikaz Advanced may expose your account to immediate closure.

3.14. The beneficiary of the service shall take all necessary measures in relation to maintaining the confidentiality and privacy of the profession, and the progress center shall not bear the negligence of either the service provider or the beneficiary of the service.
4. General provisions:
1. This agreement exists only between Rikaz Advanced application, the service provider and the beneficiary of the service and does not extend to other persons.
2. Rikaz Advanced must meet a financial commission taken from the users of the applications
3. Rikaz Advanced is not responsible for the payment of compensation to any of its users in the event that the application is cancelled, and no legal liability arises.
4. Incorrectness of the data or information of the beneficiary of the service is not the responsibility of the Rikaz Advanced, and in the event that it is proven that his data is incorrect after agreeing on the service, Rikaz Advanced has the right to suspend or close the account.
5.1. The obligations and conditions that subsequently arise between the service provider and the service beneficiary do not extend to the progress core.
5.2. Your personal account is your responsibility; Progress Center disclaims any liability in the event that you share your personal account with another person.
5. Commission:
5.1. Rikaz Advanced charges a financial commission from users for using Rikaz Advanced services, with an amount determined by Rikaz Advanced.
5.2. The commission is transferred in advance from the users to the accounts of Rikaz Advanced through the bank account, mada card, Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay or STC Pay.
5.3. In the event that the user fails to pay the agreed commission for Rikaz Advanced has the right to suspend or close the account.
6. Communication with the other party in Rikaz Advanced:
The nature of Rikaz Advanced allows you to communicate with the other party easily, and we hope that you will use this service within the limits imposed by Rikaz Advanced and within the limits of decency and morality. Communicating with third parties for personal purposes, such as, but not limited to, promoting other websites, posting untrue ads and dealing with the establishment in an abusive manner, is strictly prohibited and may expose your account to closure.
7. Prohibited Actions:
Dear user of the Rikaz Advanced application, there are several things that are prohibited at Rikaz Advanced and it is preferable to avoid them and stay away from them so as not to cause your account to be canceled and to expose you to legal accountability, and these things are as follows:
First: It is prohibited to leak information about Rikaz Advanced to competing companies.
Second: It is prohibited to publish or post pornographic materials in Rikaz Advanced of all kinds, or any similar behavior that offends public taste.
Third: Violating the rights of Rikaz Advanced is prohibited, for example, but not limited to. Intellectual property rights, the application's trademark, or any other information related to Rikaz Advanced without prior consent
8. Legal liability and disputes:
In the event that a dispute arises between Rikaz Advanced and one of the users and cannot be resolved amicably, the competent court in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia shall be consulted for adjudication.
